With two types of accommodation, pods and cabins, luxury is experienced differently. At the heart of the estate, the alpine brewery Les Cerniers<\/strong><\/a>offers a unique culinary experience with a new twist on bistronomic cuisine. Under the guidance of chef Fabianno Grassi, the menu will evolve with the seasons, with a clear focus on locality and seasonality. From the farm to the plate, chef Fabianno Grassi offers gourmet regional dishes such as cream of porcini mushroom, raclette d’alpage and saffron rice crisp, trout and fig risotto, bitter horseradish syrup and bergamot gel, or venison entrec\u00f4te, raw pear in jelly and poached in Prosecco.
