In keeping with the spirit of transmission, Philippe Chevrier announces the appointment of Fran\u00e7ois Periers as head chef and Manuel Pereira as pastry chef. A smooth transition, since both chefs have been with the Chevrier Group for many years. <span lang=\"FR\">Damien Coche, a loyal member of the Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux team for 25 years, remains with the brigade as Assistant Chef. Ernest Bardhoku, Second de Cuisine for over three years, is also part of the team. Present at Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux for several months, Fran\u00e7ois Periers and Manuel Pereira officially took up their positions on September 1, 2024.
