The opening of the arcade at 45 rue Vautier, next to the famous restaurant Le Flacon, has been a long-awaited event. Since last week, it’s finally here, with theUnico<\/strong><\/a>. This new restaurant dedicated to transalpine cuisine is the brainchild of the Chuard family, owners and operators of Qu’importe in Carouge and Gradi24 in Plan-les-Ouates. Expect to be welcomed into a warm and colorful setting, and to enjoy Italian cuisine in a friendly, family atmosphere. Fresh pasta and pizzas are already rumored to be on the menu. Whether fondue restaurant, bistro, beef establishment or cheese shop, Carouge now has a brand-new Italian stronghold to add to the list. <\/p>\n
