Having previously welcomed such illustrious estates as Jean-Yves Bizot, Charles Lachaux and Guillaume Selosse, it&#8217;s now the turn of Domaine Pierre Overnoy with Anne and Emmanuel Houillon, and Domaine Thierry Allemand with Thierry and his son Th\u00e9o, who took over the estate a few years ago. For this unique occasion, the chef is preparing a dinner featuring a nine-flavor tasting menu accompanied by wines from these two estates, both from recent vintages and mainly from older vintages.
