To our great delight, the auction house <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bagherawines.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Baghera\/wines<\/strong><\/a> moves to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamicheline.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>La Micheline<\/strong><\/a> for an exceptional evening focused on Domaine Cartuxa&#8217;s P\u00eara-Manca wine. This tasting will give you the opportunity to discover several of the estate&#8217;s grands crus, including vintages 2001, 1990, and many other oenological treasures. Dominique Fornage, a passionate expert and connoisseur of P\u00eara-Manca wines, will be your guide for the evening. In the kitchen, Micheline&#8217;s chef Andres Arocena has prepared a menu worthy of special occasions. Gamberoni XO with yuzu, stuffed calamari, fish of the day in piperade, pluma iberica cooked in binchotan, a selection of cheeses from the De Bleu cheese factory and, last but not least, a dessert featuring mango, guava and coconut.
