An opportunity to contribute to helping the underprivileged over a unique lunch. Officiating in Lausanne at <a href=\"https:\/\/appart-lausanne.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>L&#8217;Appart<\/strong><\/a>in Lausanne, chef Luis Zuzarte offers a daily menu that changes with the seasons, using ingredients provided by artisans. Valuing those who work the land and its flora and fauna, his culinary vision is in total harmony with that of Walter El Nagar.
