From November 7 to December 30, head to the Izumi restaurant, where chef Toshikazu Kato invites you to enjoy Shabu-Shabu, a traditional Japanese fondue. As a preamble to this gourmet moment, let yourself be seduced by the classics that have made the house’s reputation, such as crispy rice with spicy tuna tartar, salmon tataki or flan with chawanmushi eggs, wasabi and black truffle. After these Japanese delicacies, dip into slices of Australian Wagyu or its premium version from Kagoshima. For fish fans, try Alaskan crab, Canadian lobster or Japanese scallops. And let’s not forget the sauces that round off a moment of elegant Japanese gastronomy: ponzu sauce, chili or Aji Amarillo pepper.
