The Rabaey couple must be relieved! After persevering in their search, Josette and G\u00e9rard Rabaey entrust the keys to their Pont de Brent<\/strong><\/a> to Helena Collaud and Joeffrey Fraiche. This dynamic young couple ran the 033 restaurant in Avenches for six years, earning a 16\/20 rating in Gault&Millau, and from January 2025 will be the new faces of this Vaud institution. Chef G\u00e9rard Rabaey declares that “handing over this emblematic restaurant has always been our priority, to ensure its continuity once we retire. We have every confidence in Helena and Joeffrey for the future of this restaurant, and we’ll be giving them our full support for the future. We will give them all our support to satisfy their future customers and build up their loyalty.
