Originally from Franche-Comt\u00e9, the young chef of the restaurant Le 23<\/strong><\/a>Lo\u00efc Magnier always knew he’d end up in the kitchen. During his childhood, he never ate frozen food, but rather local produce. His passion for hunting, moreover, comes from his father, a hunter and breeder of pigeons, his favorite meat, unsurprisingly. All these memories, coupled with solid experience acquired in the ski resorts of Les Carroz d’Ar\u00e2ches at L’Anfionne, as well as in the city, in Nice at La Part des Anges and at La Table de la R\u00e9serve in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, have enabled him to progress to the position of Chef du 23, which he occupies today to our great delight. <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
