From now on, it&#8217;s Quentin Verne and the team at <a href=\"https:\/\/lvxspirits.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>LVX Spirits<\/strong><\/a> who are taking the reins of the project with intimate table d&#8217;h\u00f4tes in their new Geneva distillery: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/____alter._\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Alter<\/strong><\/a>. On Friday November 29, they will open the <i>Alter Diner Club<\/i> with Margaux Grange-Stepczynski, aka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/labetsch_geneve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>La Betsch<\/strong><\/a>for an unforgettable gastronomic evening. Since opening her table d&#8217;h\u00f4tes in Carouge, Margaux has established herself as a visionary chef, celebrating local produce with audacity and creativity. She sublimates the unexpected: homemade ferments, forgotten cuts of meat, misunderstood lake fish, neglected cereals, all in a deliciously unexpected surprise menu designed with a 100% ethical, zero-waste approach.
