This time, it&#8217;s in the heart of Osaka, Japan, that he has opened his Japanese counter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/osaka\/dining\/restaurants\/sushi-labysse-osaka-yannick-alleno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>L&#8217;Abysse<\/strong><\/a>. Here, gourmets can enjoy a culinary experience where French and Japanese techniques blend with a deep respect for ingredients from Japan, and expect dishes such as artichoke tofu and smoked pike egg. L&#8217;Abysse has opened its doors in contemporary, soothing surroundings on the 37th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka.
