It&#8217;s hard to beat the words opulent and generous when it comes to this American specialty. At this point, vegans and calorie-obsessed eaters can skip it altogether. After opening <a href=\"https:\/\/sandoburger.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Sando<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/saokostreetfood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Saoko<\/strong><\/a>Ivalu Acurio and Yoss Kakinuma sniffed out a new concept with fried chicken and set up shop in Zurich. But the duo don&#8217;t want to limit themselves to one particular style&#8230; Chicken wings will be available in sweet and sour versions with Aji Amarillo Peruvian chili, mango buffalo sauce or the famous Korean yangnyeom sauce, while a version of fried chicken will be combined with a creamy &#8216;American ranch&#8217; style sauce, spiced oil with Sichuan pepper and cucumber pickles for a touch of freshness. For this premiere, the tandem joined forces with their friends from <g id=\"gid_4\"><g id=\"gid_5\">RANK<\/g><\/g>to create a pop-up of fried chicken and fondue: Fried Chicken (<g id=\"gid_6\"><g id=\"gid_7\">Lulu&#8217;s Fried Chicken<\/g><\/g>) + Fondue (<g id=\"gid_8\"><g id=\"gid_9\">Weber Comestibles<\/g><\/g>).
