Vincent Deberg\u00e9 and his partners will be hosting a &#8220;food and wine market&#8221; for guests wishing to celebrate the occasion in style. The idea is to share gastronomic and wine moments. It&#8217;s a relaxed way of exchanging ideas and thanking loyal epicurean customers, who are always keen to discover something new. Expect to taste charcuterie, beef cheeks and carrots, confit lamb shoulders, Chartreuse ice cream and cr\u00eapes Suzette.
