The theme restaurant Edelweiss<\/strong><\/a>well known to lovers of traditional Swiss culture and recipes, is undergoing a (r)evolution that offers a warm and authentic experience to its guests. Located within the 4-star hotel of the same name in Geneva’s P\u00e2quis district, the restaurant has recently undergone a complete renovation. Supported by the Manotel hotel group, the restaurant has reopened its doors, revealing an inspiring setting where every meal becomes a journey to the heart of Swiss traditions, blending Alpine horn and yodelling melodies. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the world of a mountain chalet, as welcoming and comforting as a roaring fire on a cold winter’s night. With two separate floors, L’Edelweiss can accommodate up to 200 guests, whether for a festive evening or a more intimate affair. The treasures of the Swiss terroir are celebrated here: raclette, tasty fondue, Grisons meat and mature cheeses with the sweet aroma of the Alps, crunchy meringues and a creamy Gruy\u00e8re cheese.
