Fabian Affentranger has imagined a veritable fairytale chalet, covered and heated, which will welcome a maximum of 16 guests. The festivities begin with a charcuterie board or a dozen oysters, followed by a cheese, champagne or black truffle fondue. For those who prefer, raclette is of course available, served with potatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, an apple tarte tatin with cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and a pear sorbet drizzled with Willamine are also on the menu. And last but not least, a 100% Swiss wine list featuring wines from the Bernex, Sion and Grisons regions. Two services are available: 6:45pm or 8:45pm.
