To celebrate the end of <em>Dry January<\/em>, the chef is organizing a wine evening to showcase the wines of <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/cru-hopital.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/cru-hopital.ch\">Domaine du Cru de l&#8217;H\u00f4pital<\/a>in <\/strong>Murten. The program includes a five-course tasting menu prepared by the chef and his brigade, with six glasses of wine from the estate. Gambero Rosso \/ agastache, back of skrei confit and squash, veal fillet with orange and chartreuse and a dessert with Sichuan pepper&#8230; who could ask for more?
