Always in search of the good and the beautiful, let&#8217;s pay a visit to Michelin-starred chef <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/damiengermanier.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/damiengermanier.ch\">Damien Germanier<\/a><\/strong> who, in association with Fabien Coutel, founder of <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.treegether.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.treegether.com\">Treegether<\/a><\/strong> chocolates, has created a high-flying dessert featuring a fine Treegether 65% dark chocolate ganache from Odile Zara in Madagascar, accompanied by a hazelnut praline and Earl Grey tea sorbet and gel. A commitment on the part of the chef to promote a human relationship with cocoa farmers and to humanize chocolate.
