More motivated than ever, Vanessa and Pierre continue to work on new projects and collaborations, much to the delight of Vietnamese sandwich lovers. From the beginning of this week, their restaurant on Place des Eaux-Vives will be open two extra evenings, from Tuesday to Saturday. At the same time, they are preparing the new <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/le.banhmi\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/le.banhmi\/?hl=fr\">B\u00e1nh M\u00ec<\/a><\/strong> of the month, a creation based around octopus or mackerel, in collaboration with the chef from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cafe-delapaix.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/cafe-delapaix.ch\">Caf\u00e9 de la Paix<\/a><\/strong>J\u00e9r\u00e9my Hugli. In addition, the duo launch their fifth chef residency, starting on January 30.
