Mallaury Girod, who has been with us since the start of the adventure, is the benevolent soul of the bistro&#8217;s dining room, the brainchild of chef Benjamin Breton. Unobtrusive yet formidably efficient, she lights up the place with her naturalness while adapting to the weekly menu changes imposed by the owner. After a formative period with Jean Sulpice at the Auberge du P\u00e8re Bise, she discovered the world of wine in Australia before returning to Haute-Savoie to work at the Refuge des Gourmets.
