The chef has taken up residence at 18 on the Bund. The famous avenue has already seen the work of many French chefs, including the Pourcel brothers, Mauro Colagreco, Paul Pairet and, above all, Jo\u00ebl Robuchon, one of whose Ateliers was held on the site of the new establishment. Joining Maison Len\u00f4tre in this new adventure, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Anton brings along his loyal chef Adrien Delcourt, who has been with him for 10 years now.
