To better understand how &#8220;eating better means living better&#8221;, the EHL Hospitality Business School&#8217;s R&amp;D nutrition research institute is organizing a day of conferences and practical workshops open to all, on the theme of &#8220;Gastronomy and Health&#8221; on April 22, 2024 on the<g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\">EHL CAMPUS<\/g><\/g>campus in Lausanne.
