The founder of Refettorio Geneva<\/a>, Walter El Nagar, is accustomed to bringing in chefs from all over the world. <\/span>in its <\/span>solidarity cooking. After having <\/span>Welcoming, among others, Pascal Barbot, Philippe Chevrier and the Bombar team, it’s “Mad Chef”‘s turn to cook outside his Rue de Lyon ovens. And it’s at his friend’s <\/span>Nour Khadam, <\/span>creator of Sawerdo bakery and restaurant, <\/span>that he will <\/span>his rolling pin for an evening dedicated entirely to pizza. <\/span>Using homemade dough <\/span>of Sawerdo<\/a>, Walter El Nagar will elaborate typically Italian creations, while <\/span>Nour will be proposing wine pairings around bottles of <\/span>natural wine.
