Always accompanied by his multiple lenses, this young photographer scours Geneva&#8217;s hotels and restaurants for the perfect shot. In this spring&#8217;s edition of the newsletter, his sharp, discerning eye landed on the Furofuki Daikon from Japanese restaurant <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\/dine\/sachi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\/dine\/sachi\">Sachi<\/a><\/strong> at the <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\">Mandarin Oriental<\/a><\/strong> Hotel in Geneva.
