After choosing to study at the \u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Gen\u00e8ve, she ended her studies with a job in the kitchen at the Neptune (now the Nat\u00fcrlich). She stayed there for 3 years, before confirming her talent at Le Clos des Sens in Annecy. Still in contact with chef Nicolas Darnauguilhem, she returned to Switzerland to work at the Pinte des Mossettes, before being noticed by Gault &amp; Millau at the Com&#8217;\u00e7a restaurant in Bulle. Today, she can be found in Geneva at <g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\">Bleu Nuit<\/g><\/g>, where she can express her creativity as Mathias Fr\u00e9r\u00e9&#8217;s second chef.
