As previously announced in Food News, Philippe Chevrier is stepping down from <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/monsieurbouillon.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/monsieurbouillon.ch\/fr\/\">Monsieur Bouillon<\/a><\/strong> and handing over the reins to Loris Vial. It&#8217;s been a long time since I&#8217;ve set a place setting in this elegant contemporary brasserie in the Quartier des Banques.
