During a visit to the restaurant <g id=\"gid_2\"><g id=\"gid_3\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 Square<\/g><\/g> restaurant at the <g id=\"gid_4\"><g id=\"gid_5\">Bristol<\/g><\/g> with chef Christophe Pagnot, Dani\u00e8le set off a visual explosion with her photo of the dessert of the day: a declension based on avocado, coconut and pineapple confit with vanilla.
