Co-founded by Pamela B\u00e4chli, director of PR & Co<\/a><\/strong>the fortnightly Veggie Week<\/a><\/strong> is fast approaching. For this new season, the spotlight is on Swiss gastronomic excellence. Vegetarians, flexitarians and gourmets with a penchant for plant-based sensations can look forward to an exciting program. From June1<\/g> to 16, 6 Michelin stars and 100 Gault&Millau points will be joining forces to (re)discover new flavors in a memorable culinary experience. For this latest edition, seven of the finest establishments in and around Geneva will have carte blanche to interpret their vision of veggie<\/g> cuisine. Once again this year, faithful participants such as Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux<\/a><\/strong>, l’Apart\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> at the H\u00f4tel Royal, the Woods at theIntercontinental<\/a><\/strong> or the Chat-Bott\u00e9 at the H\u00f4tel Beau-Rivage<\/a><\/strong>. A number of new establishments join the event, such as the Atelier Jo\u00ebl Robuchon at the Woodward Hotel. Woodward<\/a><\/strong>the Japanese restaurant Sachi at the Mandarin Oriental<\/a><\/strong> and La Micheline<\/a><\/strong>. Mark your calendars for reservations. <\/p>\n
