He’s back in Geneva! Unfortunately, only for lunch! But that’s more than enough time to make a detour to Refettorio Geneva and check him out. Chef Benjamin Breton is leaving the stoves at the Auberge de Lucinges<\/a><\/strong> to join Walter El Nagar for the next Guest Chef Series at the Refettorio Geneva<\/a><\/strong>. Always in favor of the underprivileged, this next chef residency will bring the two chefs together on June 18 for a lunch where cooking rhymes with humanity and sharing. Drawing inspiration from tradition, from a cuisine imbued with memories, both generous and comforting, is the very essence of Benjamin Breton’s approach to creating his dishes. We look forward to sharing another gastronomic moment for a good cause. <\/p>\n
