Starting this summer, Christophe Raoux will embody the new culinary score of the famous 5-star Royal Champagne H\u00f4tel & Spa, taking charge of the kitchens of the gastronomic restaurant Le Royal, the Bellevue, the Abysse Bar and the hotel’s events program. A new gastronomic page has opened for the Royal Champagne H\u00f4tel &<\/a><\/strong> Spa with the arrival of its new Regional Executive Chef, Christophe Raoux. A former disciple of Chef Alain Ducasse, this native of the Vend\u00e9e region was crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2015. A lover of nature, good produce and the effervescence of Champagne, he is moving to the region for the first time, curious and eager to bring out the best in this exceptional land he has always loved.
