With their passion intact, Cl\u00e9ment Thellier and Damien Lopez are celebrating the fifth anniversary of their bistro <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lagape.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.lagape.ch\">l&#8217;Agape<\/a><\/strong>. Winners of the Michelin and Gault&amp;Millau guides, the Rue Caroline duo have strengthened their ranks with J\u00e9r\u00e9my Verqueire in the kitchen and Valentin Guido as sommelier. Spurred on by the chef, this modern-day quartet offers seasonal menus as well as a six-sequence discovery menu for dinner. As for the vineyard, the young sommelier, who has become the new face of the Agape dining room, proposes judicious and original pairings ranging from wine to sake.
