After taking over this beloved Genevan bistro institution last September, the chef and his partner are now offering a gourmet lunch menu featuring a fixed starter, a choice of two courses and a dessert. Starting this week, you&#8217;ll be able to enjoy an Ajo Blanco, followed by a onglet de boeuf with shallot confit sauce or a filet of roasted trout with sauce vierge. Both are served with fennel in two ways and thyme polenta. And for the week&#8217;s sweetest touch, roasted pineapple with rum and coconut ice cream.
