No, as time went by and he discovered gastronomy in the Parisian palaces. It was at the Crillon and then at the Ritz that he cut his teeth, before working alongside chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Michel Roth. After six years in the French capital, he sought a new challenge, which in 2005 took him to the French-speaking part of Switzerland, where he worked successively at the Lausanne Palace, La R\u00e9serve, Pr\u00e9sident Wilson and Palace de Menton. On the strength of these diverse and rich experiences, he is now Executive Chef at the <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\">Mandarin Oriental<\/a><\/strong> in Geneva.       <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Don&#8217;t get me wrong, the &#8220;palace&#8221; world appeals to him for the work atmosphere, the large brigades and the teamwork, not for the glitter.
