Open 7 days a week, this new chain continues to offer traditional ramen, rice-based bowls and Japanese starters for sharing. Founded by Guy Quirynen and developed in Switzerland by Simon Vogt and Raoul Weil, Umamido was born of a love affair with Japanese culinary art.
