In June 2023, Michael Baum and Andrea Rota founded True Foods<\/span> Foods & Ancient Seeds S\u00e0rl. Supported by the EMBA program at IMD Business School<\/span> the company provides a critical response to the consequences of<\/span> of intensive agriculture on consumer health and the environment, and offers<\/span> sustainable durum wheat products.<\/span> Old-growth wheat, characterized by a gluten index up to 6 times lower and a protein structure<\/span> from modern varieties, are at the heart of True Foods & Ancient Seeds’ commitment. The company aims to raise awareness among farmers and consumers of the benefits of ancient varieties, thus promoting a healthier diet and a sustainable agroecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
