In any case, the Lebanese-born chef is once again putting down his knives in the heart of Lausanne with a brand new address. After organizing an exceptional dinner at the Fairmont Montreux Palace last year featuring his Levantine cuisine, Alan Geaam, always eager to take up a new challenge, has come up with a French-Lebanese bistro, gourmet and accessible. With a convivial cuisine, the chef takes up the classics that have made him a success: like m\u00e9z\u00e9s, small hot or cold dishes to share, placed in the center of the table. Signature dishes such as soujouk hummus or lamb kharouf, traditional falafels, tabbouleh, moussaka or baba ganoush – the Lebanese name for eggplant caviar – follow, not forgetting grilled meats with savory spices.
