Not one, but two chefs are taking over the kitchen of this restaurant, which has been an integral part of Geneva’s gourmet scene for many years. Was a change necessary? Perhaps it was. In any case, it’s a done deal with the arrival of Nathan Cavadini and Filiberto Bresciani, two former chefs from the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Tosca. A light transalpine breeze touches the kitchen of this bistro, which usually favors French cuisine. Expect homemade pastas such as mezzi rigatoni cacio e pepe, gambero rosso, agnolotti del plin stuffed with braised beef and sage butter, or fettuccine with wild boar ragout and Taggiasche olives. For those with a passion for the place, rest assured… the classic French bistro dishes will be on offer, such as our homemade pâté en croûte and beef tartare. A Franco-Italian marriage in all its splendor.

Nathan Cavadini, Steve Rufer and Filiberto Bresciani ©Au Coin du Bar

Alongside owner Steve Rufer, a new duo takes over the kitchen at Le Coin du Bar.
