It took a long time to find this professional waiter in a restaurant worthy of his talents. It’s finally here: Antoine Guibouret has taken up his new post as manager of the Balila<\/strong><\/a>the Lebanese restaurant at theH\u00f4tel Longemalle<\/strong><\/a>. Thanks to his experience, his notion of service and his sense of welcome, there’s no doubt that he’ll be delighted to satisfy and develop customer loyalty within a new hotel structure. After successful stints at the Four Seasons George V in Paris, the Izumi restaurant at the top of the Four Seasons H\u00f4tel des Bergues and, more recently, the brasserie at the H\u00f4tel Marmont, let’s discover Antoine Guibouret’s new adventures at Balila. <\/p>\n
