In partnership with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehg.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Gen\u00e8ve<\/a>, they raised CHF 12,000. As well as taking part in the A Table pour une cuisine durable competition, working with local produce, Enzo took the time to concoct a magnificent Italian playlist for us.
