While this talented chef is busy working on gourmet collaborations with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chefsgoutatoo\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Goutatoo Chefs<\/a>, he&#8217;s not forgetting to treat our taste buds on the shores of Lake Geneva. Let&#8217;s take a trip to l&#8217;Atelier to sample a roasted langoustine with a Paimpol coconut and coral sabayon sauce, or a red mullet cooked au naturel with stuffed zucchini flowers and an aromatic sauce.
