In this next column, we&#8217;ll tell you all about the lunch at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.refettoriogeneva.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Refettorio Geneva<\/a> where chef Walter El Nagar hosted Pascal Barbot for the September Guest Chef Series. On this occasion, we were lucky enough to taste a subtle, light, crisp, gourmet vacherin glac\u00e9 with sour cherry tomato water, sticky rice maceration and toasted fig leaf. A light, sweet treat.
