After seven years of loyal service, the former director of Osteria della Bottega, Ilias Tanoudis, has come down to town and taken over the <g id=\"gid_0\">Nat\u00fcrlich<\/g> restaurant on rue de la Coulouvreniere, in the company of his acolytes, Giuliano Frassineti on the sommelier side and Alexandru Ionut Isac on the stove side.
