On October 18, in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.domperignon.com\/age-gate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dom Perignon<\/a> brand, Chef Mitsu will create an exceptional six-course menu featuring Champagne vintages. It begins with a few starters, such as langoustine tempura or sea bass and bottarga.
