While it&#8217;s always a challenge to revisit classics such as this emblem of Roman cuisine, the chef at this cozy restaurant in the heart of the Geneva countryside succeeds brilliantly. Inscribed in black and white on the menu as &#8220;unmissable&#8221;, is it really? Well, yes, it is!
