Lena and Nicolas Guyot, our favorite photographic couple, are back on Monday&#8217;s Food Letter. And what a return it is! Thanks to their lens, the duo&#8217;s mouths water at the mere sight of these hare ravioli, chestnut cream and Alba white truffles, exclusive to the newsletter. Freshly installed behind the stoves of the <g id=\"gid_1\">F.P. Journe<\/g> restaurant at 49 rue du Rh\u00f4ne, chef <g id=\"gid_2\">Dominique Gauthier<\/g> prepares these autumnal marvels.
