Meeting chef Julien Gatillon changed her life plans. Away from the restaurant business, yes, but a woman of heart and passion in every choice she makes. From horse-riding to the study of the seabed, via business coaching, she always makes a point of working in accordance with her values, so as to be able to pass them on. Thanks to her atypical career path and the many encounters she&#8217;s had, she&#8217;s planning to open an eco-lodge in the Caribbean, but Covid came along at the same time as she met the chef!    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cards were then reshuffled, and the passionate couple opened the doors of their home with the &#8221; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juliengatillon.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nous<\/a><\/strong> &#8220;table, like an invitation to their Megevan chalet. This adventure made them want to share even more with their customers; surrounded by former colleagues, they opened the doors of &#8220;Vous&#8221; and Anata (which means &#8220;you&#8221; in Japanese), still driven by the same enthusiasm. A dual concept in the same place: on the first floor, a French cuisine counter open in front of customers and run by chef Jean Pastre. Then, upstairs on the mezzanine, a Japanese gastronomic counter that takes us on a journey from Meg\u00e8ve to the land of the rising sun.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just some of the worlds created by Sonia Torland, enabling her to put her experience to work for people.
