This establishment overlooking the heart of the Rue du Rh\u00f4ne is the realm of the Barras family, who have made a choice recruitment in Arnaud. Working alongside the clan, the new manager aims to develop the restaurant&#8217;s festive side with musical and artistic events, introduce guests to the restaurant for lunch, rework its image and positioning to move slightly upmarket, and attract new Swiss and international clientele.
