An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about fine transalpine produce and an outstanding cook, he had been thinking for some time of developing his Italian gastronomic talents in catering mode. Whether in a professional or private setting, with a buffet, cocktail reception or simply seated, the chef wanted to showcase all his culinary expertise. The idea is to offer a complete package based on the same gastronomic model as the gourmet trattoria.
