Named NOOH &#8211; a combination of &#8220;NO&#8221; for non-alcohol drinkers and &#8220;OH&#8221;, the chemical symbol for the alcohol molecule &#8211; it&#8217;s pronounced &#8220;Nou&#8221; to symbolize the flexibility of a wine. Pronounced &#8220;Nou&#8221; to symbolize flexi-drinkers who don&#8217;t want to give up the pleasure, the celebration or the tasting of a sparkling or a ros\u00e9&#8230; Both cuv\u00e9es are made from Ch\u00e2teau La Coste&#8217;s famous Ros\u00e9 d&#8217;une Nuit organic wine. Notes of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry, so characteristic of this wine, are complemented by natural aromas of lemon and jasmine.
