The distinction of &#8220;Cuisinier-Chef&#8221; was awarded by Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpjourne-le-restaurant.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.fpjourne-le-restaurant.ch\">Dominique Gauthier<\/a><\/strong>in recognition of his significant influence on Swiss gastronomy. Created to showcase Swiss talent, the award is a celebration of culinary art, savoir-faire and respect for authentic regional products.
