On the first evening, <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eyaltomato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eyaltomato\/\">Eyal Shani<\/a><\/strong> will set off, take the temperature of Geneva and light the flame in the restaurant&#8217;s ovens. On the second evening, he&#8217;ll step up a gear, offering a participatory culinary experience in direct immersion with diners from the restaurant&#8217;s large copper counter. For his final sequence, he&#8217;ll set out to conquer the March\u00e9 de Rive in the morning (registration required) and propose a menu based on products selected that very morning.
